- Japan Assist International (JAIC) is the agency of customer service and assistance services such as the assistance service of car insurance and travel insurance. We conducted Web site renewal as supporting of Web marketing strategy of JAIC which have been provided high-quality services.
CRH's approach
- It is very important for JAIC's sales person to do face-to-face meeting with the person in charge of their client. Because JAIC's business is BtoB. Therefore, we spent the time to meet the client and get information from each department and operation team. because we thought that we need to understand the realistic scene of how they communicated to their client.
- As result of the investigation, we decided to put a priority that creating a Web site which sales person can use it in business scene as the first step of Web marketing strategy project.
- The new WEB site designed considering the be viewed in the tablet and notebook PC. At the same time, we set button in the web site that can be printed out the pages as seen on the PC screen so that the sales person can do deeper explanation with writing on paper that was printed out. As a result, the salesman came to be able to have discussion with their client in the face-to-face and convey the benefits of the service.
